Ghanaian actress Habiba Sinare has shared candid insights into her tumultuous marriage to footballer Abdul Majeed Warris, revealing the cultural challenges she faced.

In an intimate conversation with Mzgee, Sinare confessed that marrying a Northerner, despite being one herself, was incredibly daunting. “I’m a Northerner, but I cannot marry a Northerner again, and I’m not even joking,” she emphasized.

Elaborating on her experiences, Sinare stated, “Dating them is something else, marrying them is horribly something else. They are very difficult people. They don’t understand why you should work, they don’t understand why you should even have money more than your husband. Why?”
