Gideon Boako Urges Ghanaians to Trust Bawumia’s Promises and Leadership
- The administration has successfully created numerous job opportunities
- The government has overseen the construction of the longest stretch of roads since 1992
- The provision of free senior high school education reflect a commitment to improving education
Dr. Gideon Boako, spokesperson for Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has urged Ghanaians to have faith in the promises made by the NPP’s presidential candidate as the 2024 elections draw near.
Dr. Boako underscored that Dr. Bawumia’s proven track record highlights his commitment and capability to steer the country effectively.
In a statement made on Monday, August 19, Dr. Boako defended the current administration’s accomplishments despite criticisms of a struggling economy.
He argued that an economy in disrepair could not have achieved significant milestones such as generating substantial employment, constructing the longest stretch of roads since 1992, or providing free senior high school education.
Furthermore, he noted that the current government has reinstated important allowances for teacher and nursing trainees, which had been removed by previous administrations.
