In a passionate appeal for peace and unity ahead of Ghana’s 2024 general elections, the President of the Ahafo Regional House of Chiefs, Nana Ansah Adu Baah, has urged all Ghanaians to support Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the current Vice President and New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate. During a meeting with Dr. Bawumia and his campaign team in the Ahafo Region, Nana Ansah Adu Baah praised Dr. Bawumia’s dedication to national development and his embodiment of peace.

The Chief described Dr. Bawumia as a symbol of tranquility who would prioritize a peaceful nation if elected president. Expressing confidence in Dr. Bawumia’s candidacy, Nana Ansah Adu Baah stated that the people of the Ahafo Region have already chosen to vote for him, emphasizing their commitment to peace and unity.
