The National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama, has reiterated his commitment to peace as Ghana approaches the 2024 general elections. Speaking at the 31st Biennial General Council meeting of the Assemblies of God Church, Mahama emphasized his dedication to maintaining a peaceful electoral environment.
The event was held at the CK Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences (CKT-UTAS) in Navrongo, Upper East Region, and attended by over 2,500 pastors and delegates from Ghana and abroad. Mahama, a member of the Assemblies of God Church, assured the gathering that he is a person of peace and will do everything to ensure Ghana remains peaceful during the elections.
