In his address at the 12th Quadrennial Congress of the TUC-Ghana, President Akufo-Addo noted that the global economic downturn, exacerbated by geopolitical tensions, has significantly impacted Ghana’s economy. The consequences have brought immense pressure on industries, businesses, and the livelihoods of citizens, he admitted.
