Love Triangle Sparks Violent Clash at Assin Nsuta SHS, 5 Injured

A violent altercation at Assin Nsuta Agricultural Senior High School in the Central Region has left several students injured, with five requiring hospitalization.
The clash erupted between Form Two and Form Three students after a Form Three student was discovered in a sexual encounter with a Form One student in an unfinished building on campus.
The situation escalated when the Form Three student allegedly slapped a Form Two student who witnessed the incident.
Three days later, the Form Two students sought retaliation, leading to a violent confrontation armed with clubs and knives.
The conflict was eventually brought under control with the help of police intervention.
Assemblyman for Assin Nsuta-Bepokokoo Electoral Area, Bashiru Kwame Amakrah, confirmed the incident and reported that the Assistant Headmaster in charge of Administration also sustained injuries.
Amakrah described the scene as chaotic, with significant property damage. He explained that the altercation began from a dispute over a relationship between two students and grew into a broader conflict.
The headmaster, along with some students, took immediate action by bringing those injured to the police station and then to the hospital for treatment.
