National Service Authority Welcomes New Director-General

The National Service Authority (NSA) officially held a leadership transition on Tuesday during a brief handing-over ceremony at its headquarters.
Outgoing Director-General, Mr. Felix Gyamfi, formally handed over responsibilities to Ms. Ruth Dela Seddoh, who now assumes the role as the Authority’s new head.
In his remarks, Mr. Gyamfi expressed appreciation to the management and staff for their support during his tenure and encouraged them to extend the same cooperation to Ms. Seddoh.
Ms. Seddoh, in her acceptance speech, thanked the government for the confidence reposed in her and committed to building on the foundation laid by her predecessor. She emphasized the importance of teamwork, innovation, and dedication in driving the Authority’s mission forward.
Management pledged its full support to Ms. Seddoh as the NSA embarks on its next phase of growth and improved service delivery.
