Justice Hafisata Amaleboba Vows Integrity in Supreme Court Role

Supreme Court nominee Justice Hafisata Amaleboba has pledged to uphold integrity, diligence, and judicial excellence as she seeks appointment to Ghana’s highest court.
Appearing before Parliament’s Appointments Committee for vetting, Justice Amaleboba outlined her vision for her tenure on the bench, stating:
“I want to be remembered as a judge of integrity, one who is hardworking, diligent, and leaves behind precedents that stand the test of time.”
Her comments highlight a firm commitment to delivering rulings that not only resolve present-day legal challenges but also establish long-lasting legal standards for future generations.
Justice Amaleboba is one of seven Court of Appeal justices nominated by President John Dramani Mahama to serve on the Supreme Court, in accordance with Article 144 (2) of the 1992 Constitution.
