Ricky Nana Agyemang, popularly known as Bullet and the CEO of Rufftown Records, has come forward to dispel speculations surrounding Wendy Shay’s departure from the label.

Recent events sparked rumors of a split when Wendy Shay hinted at premiering her new music video on her personal channel and removed Rufftown content from her social media.

However, Bullet clarified in an interview that despite ongoing contract discussions and a dispute, Wendy Shay has not severed ties with Rufftown Records. He assured that they are still collaborating, and any disagreement is close to resolution.

Speaking to GhanaWeb’s Elsie Lamar at the TGMAs, Bullet emphasized that there’s no animosity between him and Wendy Shay, reaffirming their continued partnership.

He explained that while they encountered a problem, it’s being addressed, and Wendy Shay remains part of Rufftown Records.

Regarding his absence from Wendy Shay’s red carpet appearances, Bullet attributed it to their distinct brands.

Despite their professional relationship, he highlighted the importance of maintaining individual identities, stating, “I cannot walk on the red carpet with her.”
