The second edition of the Thomas Partey Tournament kicked off on Monday at the Tuba AstroTurf in Accra, as Arsenal and Black Stars midfielder Thomas Partey reinforces his dedication to developing grassroots football in Ghana.

This year’s event features 12 youth teams made up of rising talents from across the country. They’re not only competing for the tournament trophy but also for a chance to catch the eye of local and international scouts attending the four-day event.
The tournament aims to identify and nurture young footballers, offering them exposure and potential pathways to professional careers—both locally and abroad.
Through this initiative, Partey continues to give back to the football system that launched his career, showing his commitment to creating opportunities and investing in the future of Ghanaian football.
The tournament will wrap up with the final match on Friday, June 13.
