New Accra–Paris Route via Abidjan

- Air Côte d’Ivoire launches daily Accra–Paris flights via Abidjan starting October 15, 2025
- Operated with the new Airbus A330-900neo, featuring a 4-class cabin and upgraded comfort
- Offers Ghanaian passengers an alternative to major carriers like KLM, British Airways, and Turkish Airlines
From October 15, 2025, passengers traveling from Accra to Paris will have a new travel option as Air Côte d’Ivoire introduces a daily service connecting Ghana to France via its hub in Abidjan.
The West African carrier will operate nonstop flights from Abidjan to Paris-Charles de Gaulle, scheduled to align with its Accra departure at 10:45 a.m., arriving in Abidjan at 12:00 noon.
During the first week, the onward flight to Paris will depart at 14:40 hrs, before shifting to a regular 15:40 hrs departure time, with arrival in Paris at 23:20 hrs—a timing designed to support seamless morning connections to various European destinations.
The route will be served by Air Côte d’Ivoire’s brand-new Airbus A330-900neo, featuring a four-class configuration: business, premium economy, and economy. The aircraft is designed for enhanced passenger comfort and also provides significant cargo capacity, supporting same-day freight deliveries between Abidjan and Paris.
This new offering provides Ghanaian travelers with a fresh alternative to existing carriers such as KLM, Brussels Airlines, British Airways, Turkish Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, and TAP Portugal, all of which currently serve the Accra–Paris corridor through different European hubs.
The launch also enhances Abidjan’s role as a competitive regional hub, offering connectivity and convenience for travelers across West Africa.
In addition to the Paris service, Air Côte d’Ivoire has announced plans to resume flights to Casablanca and Johannesburg in October 2025, as part of its broader strategy to expand regional and intercontinental connectivity across Africa and beyond.
