The Madina business community is poised to mark a significant milestone with the official launch of the Madina Chamber of Commerce (MACOC) on Saturday, 20th September 2025.
The launch ceremony will be led by Chief of Staff Julius Debrah, alongside Madina MP Francis-Xavier Sosu, and will feature the debut of the “Madina Walks 4 Business”—a community event designed to unite entrepreneurs, residents, and policymakers in support of local enterprise.
MACOC was formed to connect and empower businesses within the La-Nkwantanang Madina Municipality and promises a range of benefits for its members.
These include:
- Networking opportunities to harness collective business influence
- Advocacy at local, national, and international levels
- Expert-led workshops on legal, tax, and regulatory issues
- Support for brand visibility, access to credit, and strategic partnerships
The Chamber also aims to strengthen the credibility and growth potential of its members, while actively contributing to the broader socio-economic development of the municipality.
In a statement, MACOC described its mission as a platform for shared prosperity, urging local businesses of all sizes to join, engage, and grow with the Chamber.
