Accra High Court Orders Nana Agradaa to Submit Full Plea Bargain Terms

- Nana Agradaa and co-accused must provide complete plea bargain details before the next hearing
- The case concerns allegations of broadcasting nude images of Pastor Osofo Biblical on her defunct Thunder TV
- Court ordered submissions at least three days before December 16, 2025, the next adjourned date
The Accra High Court has directed Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, and her co-accused to provide the complete terms of their proposed plea bargain ahead of the next hearing.
Agradaa, a former fetish priestess now turned evangelist, appeared in court on Tuesday in the ongoing case where she faces allegations of broadcasting nude images of Pastor Emmanuel Appiah Fumum, also known as Osofo Biblical.
The case was brought by Osofo Appiah, who claims that Agradaa unlawfully aired a video showing him involved in a sexual act with a married woman on her now-defunct Thunder TV station during her time as a self-styled fetish priestess.
The court has instructed that the full details of the proposed plea agreement be submitted at least three clear days before the next adjourned date, December 16, 2025, to guide its consideration of the plea bargain.
Meanwhile, Agradaa’s lawyer, Richard Asare Baffour, has called on the public to exercise restraint and await the court’s full judgment.
