Black Queens head coach Kim Lars Björkegren has unveiled a 24-player squad for the upcoming international friendly against England’s Lionesses.
The team features a blend of seasoned stars and rising talents, highlighted by the return of defender Anasthesia Achiaa and a first-time call-up for Benedictè Simon of Servette Geneve FC.
Key squad members such as captain Portia Boakye, Evelyn Badu, Doris Boaduwaa, and Chantelle Boy-Hlorkah also make the list.
Ghana will take on the Lionesses on December 2, 2025, at St. Mary’s Stadium in Southampton, UK.
The fixture marks the first-ever senior women’s international match between Ghana and England and serves as an important warm-up ahead of the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in March 2026.
