Unidentified gunmen launched an attack on a family home in Binduri, Upper East Region, on Sunday, October 26, killing three people and injuring two others.
The victims included two children and three adults. Sadly, the two children and one adult were confirmed dead.
According to eyewitnesses, the attack took place late in the evening, plunging the community into shock and grief.
One of the injured has been identified as George Bukari, the manager of Binduri-based Maxx Empire Radio and TV.
He and another victim were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Local sources suspect the incident may be linked to renewed tensions from the long-standing Bawku conflict, which flared up again earlier this year.
