- Salinko reveals financial success of acting career
- Owns 3 plots of land, production factory
- Charges high fees for ambassadorial deals
Ghanaian actor Salinko has shared insights into the significant financial rewards his acting career has afforded him, revealing that his success extends far beyond fame and ambassadorial deals.
In a recent interview, Salinko discussed how his career in the entertainment industry enabled him to acquire three prime plots of land in well-developed areas. The actor explained that he purchased the properties approximately ten years ago, with each land costing between GHC 20,000 and GHC 55,000 at the time. Each plot also has specific plans attached to it, reflecting his vision for the future.
One of the plots is dedicated to a hospital project in Kwanta, a community that Salinko once envisioned representing as a Member of Parliament. Another plot, which he gifted to his mother, serves as a tribute to her and fulfills her long-held dream of land ownership. The third plot is earmarked for a housing project.
Salinko also revealed that he owns a production factory, highlighting his entrepreneurial spirit alongside his acting career. He further emphasized that he does not settle for low fees when negotiating ambassadorial deals. “I don’t charge less for deals. I really charge,” he said, pointing to billboards as evidence of his marketability and influence in the industry.
Having begun his acting journey in 2014, Salinko credits much of his success to the financial stability that acting has provided. He believes his achievements demonstrate the potential of the entertainment industry to generate lasting wealth when approached with professionalism and foresight.
