A shocking discovery was made in the Awutu Senya East Municipality of the Central Region, where a 37-year-old Ivorian national, Vincent Kofi, was found deceased behind Star Oil Filling Station at Kasoa Krispo City.

According to information gathered by Adom News, Vincent’s death is believed to be linked to poisoning, allegedly triggered by his girlfriend’s revelation of her pregnancy.

Eyewitnesses revealed that Vincent was seen wandering in the area over the weekend, appearing stranded. He was later found conscious, but unfortunately, succumbed to his condition.

A resident, who spoke to Adom News, recounted: “A phone was found on him, which was used to contact his girlfriend. She came to identify the body and confirmed that Vincent was her boyfriend.”

The girlfriend confessed that Vincent had fled after learning about her pregnancy.

The body of Vincent Kofi has been deposited at the Police Hospital for autopsy and preservation, pending further investigation.
