The Adhoc Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining has categorically denied allegations made by Kwame Baffoe, Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, claiming that Organised Labour’s leadership requested money to call off their planned strike. The committee, led by Minister for National Security Albert Kan-Dapaah, described these accusations as “baseless and unfounded”.
