Gospel sensation Ohemaa Mercy has addressed the recent arrest of her former team member, Kwaku Osei Krankye Asiedu (KOKA).
In a statement released by her team, it was clarified that KOKA was apprehended following serious threats made against Ohemaa Mercy’s life.
The decision to involve the police was taken after careful consideration and legal advice.
KOKA, who was once involved in the Tehilla concert’s marketing, claimed to be owed a significant amount of money and had resorted to intimidation tactics, including threats of physical harm.
Ohemaa Mercy’s team has also dispelled rumors about Becky’s involvement in the matter, emphasizing that she was not involved in KOKA’s arrest or the ensuing legal proceedings.
A formal apology was issued to Becky for any inconvenience caused by the false allegations.
