Dumelo Must Apologize to Lydia Alhassan ‘One-on-One’ to Win Election – Blakk Rasta
- Blakk Rasta deems John Dumelo's apology to Lydia Alhassan as inadequate
- He recommends a personal, one-on-one apology for true reconciliation
- Dumelo is advised to bring gifts like flowers and fruits to the meeting
Ghanaian journalist Blakk Rasta has expressed dissatisfaction with John Dumelo’s recent apology to Lydia Alhassan, delivered via social media. Rasta argues that Dumelo’s online apology is inadequate and calls for a more personal approach to mend relations and boost Dumelo’s prospects in the upcoming Ayawaso West Wuogon elections.
In a broadcast on his show, Blakk Rasta emphasized the importance of a face-to-face apology. He suggested that Dumelo should personally visit Alhassan to offer his apology, recommending that the encounter be recorded and shared online for greater impact.
“If you want to win this election, please go to Lydia Seyram Alhassan. Somebody tell John, to go to her and apologise one-on-one. Whether on tape or outside tape. If you’re able to get it on tape, it’s a bigger plus,” Rasta stated.
Rasta further proposed a thoughtful gesture to accompany the apology. “Shake her hands, take a bouquet of flowers and some of the fruits from your farm to her. I said fruits from your farm! Whether she eats it or not, as long as it is accepted, it is done. Your apology is beautiful but it is just in the air. Meet her one-on-one and apologise,” he added.
