Rap legend Snoop Dogg will be one of the final torchbearers before the Paris 2024 Olympic Games opening ceremony.
The 52-year-old will carry the Olympic flame through the streets of Saint-Denis, the northern suburb of Paris where the Stade de France is located, on Friday.
The iconic rapper joins a star-studded list of torchbearers that includes former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, Formula One driver Charles Leclerc, and actress Halle Berry.
The Olympic torch has been traveling across France since May, building anticipation for the Games.
Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., hails from Los Angeles, the host city for the 2028 Olympics.
He will share the honor of carrying the flame in Saint-Denis with French actress Laetitia Casta and rapper MC Solaar.
