Buipe-Wura Abdulai Jinapor II has dismissed claims that Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh (NAPO), the vice-presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party, is arrogant.
During a visit from NPP flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia on July 16, 2024, Jinapor II emphasized his connection to NAPO, stating that he is also a subject of his palace.
He assured Dr. Bawumia that, like the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, he would advise NAPO to remain dedicated to his leadership.
Jinapor II urged Bawumia to convey his greetings to NAPO, asserting that the public’s perception of him does not reflect his true character.
He expressed confidence that once NAPO shares his story, it will change minds about him.
