Dr Daniel McKorley, the Founder and Executive Chairman of McDan Group, has emphasized the importance of positivity and resilience among Ghanaian youth in overcoming life’s challenges.
In an interview, Dr McKorley voiced his concerns about the diminishing attitude among the youth, which he views as crucial for future leadership.
“The youth’s attitude is on the decline. Standards are slipping. The positive mindset that our youth should embody in this country is dwindling,” he remarked.
Recognizing the magnitude of this responsibility, Dr McKorley expressed his commitment to mentoring the youth and guiding them back on the right path.
He encouraged young people, women, and businessmen alike to cultivate resilience and adequately prepare for the future.
“Youth must be resilient. Women in the north must be resilient. Businessmen here must be resilient. Our youth must understand that tomorrow belongs to them, and they can achieve success. No matter how challenging it gets, they can succeed,” he affirmed.
