MTN Ghana, in collaboration with HR Focus, brought together over 120 HR professionals for a conference themed “Reinventing HR Processes in the Digital Era.” The event, held at MTN House in Accra, focused on how digital tools can transform HR practices.

MTN Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Paul Norman (joining virtually), highlighted the potential of AI to improve recruitment, onboarding, employee wellbeing, and overall employee experience. He also announced the upcoming launch of MTN’s first Global People Report, which will delve deeper into employee value propositions and creating effective workplaces.
