Ghanaian Afrobeats sensation Camidoh graced the Black Entertainment Television Awards for the second time on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles. He performed at the welcome party and walked the red carpet with elegance.
“It’s a great honour to be invited again,” Camidoh said, despite not receiving a nomination this year. He remains hopeful for future recognition.
While in the US, Camidoh has been on a media run, promoting his new song “Nothing Lasts Forever” at Audiomack and BMI offices, solidifying relationships ahead of his upcoming album release.
His latest song, produced by himself, Nawtyboi Tattoo, and Baba Wood, has resonated with music lovers, becoming the official broken heart anthem. “Nothing Lasts Forever” advises applying logic in love to avoid pain, drawing from Camidoh’s personal experience.
