National Security Minister Albert Kan-Dapaah has sounded a warning to Ghanaians to desist from attacking personnel of the nation’s security services. Speaking at a meeting with traditional leaders in the Northern Region, the Minister emphasized the need to support security personnel in their duties.
“It is time for Ghanaians to appreciate and support the work of security agencies, including the military, police, immigration, and prisons,” Minister Kan-Dapaah stressed. “These gallant personnel have made it possible for us to feel secure, and we must recognize their essential services.”
The Minister cautioned that attacks on security personnel, regardless of provocation, are unacceptable. “We must learn to appreciate and support their work, rather than repaying their dedication with violence,” he added.
Minister Kan-Dapaah’s warning comes as a reminder of the importance of supporting those who serve to keep Ghana safe. By working together, Ghanaians can ensure a more secure and peaceful nation for all.
