The 22 were part of a 77-person group arrested in April for running a major internet fraud scheme.
The company they worked for, Golden Top Support Services, is suspected of targeting people around the world.
Zambians were also caught in the raid, accused of being tricked into helping with the scams.
The 22 Chinese nationals and one person from Cameroon face charges related to identity theft, manipulating computer systems, and operating an illegal network.
A trial is underway, with sentencing expected on Friday.
