Kanye West Faces Lawsuit Over Sexual Harassment, Breach of Contract

Rapper Kanye West is facing a lawsuit from a former assistant who alleges sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. Lauren Pisciotta, who worked for West for two years, claims she received lewd texts and witnessed sex acts while on the phone with him.

According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta was hired as West’s personal assistant in 2021 and was initially allowed to continue her OnlyFans business. However, she alleges that West later asked her to delete her account in exchange for a further $1 million. After she closed the account, she claims she was bombarded with explicit text messages and subjected to inappropriate behavior, including pornographic videos and masturbation.

Pisciotta also alleges that West performed sex acts in front of her on his private plane and masturbated while talking to her on the phone. She claims she was fired in 2022 without receiving a promised $3 million severance package.

The lawsuit alleges sexual harassment, breach of contract, wrongful termination, fraud, unpaid wages, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. West’s lawyer has not responded to the allegations, and the case is ongoing.

This is not the first time West has faced allegations of inappropriate behavior. Last November, multiple employees of his Yeezy fashion line told Rolling Stone he had played pornographic films during staff meetings and showed an intimate photograph of his then-wife Kim Kardashian in job interviews.

West has previously spoken publicly about his struggles with pornography addiction, which he has said affected his relationships and career. Despite controversies, West remains a successful artist, recently returning to the top of the US charts with his single “Carnival”.

The lawsuit is the latest in a string of legal issues for West, who has faced lawsuits for racial discrimination and copyright infringement this year. The case has sparked widespread attention and outrage, with many calling for accountability from the rapper.
