The defendants, including Patrick Osei Agyemang (also known as Countryman Songo), Christopher Nimley, Saddick Adams, and Veronica Commey, are accused of making unsubstantiated claims regarding Mr. Paintsil’s qualifications for his new position.
Furthermore, Omni Media Limited, Angel Broadcasting Network, and Multimedia Group have been named in the lawsuit and served with legal documents.
They have been given a deadline of eight days to respond and appear in court to address the allegations.
