MultiChoice Ghana has clarified details of its new DStv value offering, effective today, following confusion caused by an FAQ section on its website, which appeared to contradict a previously issued joint media statement.
In an official release, the company reiterated its full commitment to the agreement reached with the Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovation, the National Communications Authority (NCA), and MultiChoice Africa, confirming that implementation of the new initiative is already underway.
MultiChoice emphasized that customers—both new and existing—retain the freedom to choose any bouquet, and the value offering applies across all subscription tiers.
A joint committee will reconvene in three months to review the impact of the new policy.
The company also issued an apology for any confusion or inconvenience caused by the initial FAQs.
