“My mother and father-in-law doubted that my Child was for their Son” – Habiba Sinare

Actress Habiba Sinare has disclosed troubling comments from her mother-in-law regarding the paternity of her son with footballer Abdul Majeed Warris. Sinare revealed that she learned about these doubts during a phone call with her father-in-law, while expressing frustrations about her husband.

She recounted her surprise at her father-in-law’s remarks, given their previously close relationship. “He used to call me princess and sweetheart because his wife is Habiba and he really liked me so much or that’s what I thought,” she said.

During the call, Sinare was venting about an issue with her husband when her father-in-law interjected, suggesting doubts about the child’s parentage. “Before I will end the thing he said, ‘you tell me, the child is not from him don’t worry. Are you the one to cover up for me?’” she explained.

Sinare expressed her frustration at the lack of understanding from her in-laws about her circumstances, emphasizing, “They didn’t understand why I just got in the marriage and I got pregnant. Situations happen. It takes just less than a minute to conceive, and people don’t even know.”
