The National Democratic Congress (NDC) running mate, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, is set to embark on a campaign tour of the Western Region on Tuesday.
The three-day tour aims to focus on constituencies where the NDC currently does not have a sitting Member of Parliament.
Prof. Opoku-Agyemang’s campaign will commence in the Tarkwa Nsuaem constituency, where she will engage with the local community.
From there, she will proceed to the Ahanta West and Mpohor constituencies, continuing her outreach efforts.
In addition to these areas, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang will also visit the Shama, Essikado-Ketan, Sekondi, Takoradi, Effia, and Kwesimintsim constituencies.
During her campaign, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang will maintain her focus on engaging with various groups, including market women, traders, and commercial drivers.
She will also take the opportunity to interact with the general public, listening to their concerns and sharing the NDC’s vision.
The Western Region campaign tour is a crucial aspect of the NDC’s overall strategy to connect with voters ahead of the upcoming elections.
By targeting constituencies without an NDC sitting Member of Parliament, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang aims to make inroads and build support for the party.
The campaign tour will conclude on Thursday, marking the end of Prof. Opoku-Agyemang’s Western Region engagement.
