Fire Tender Accident Leaves Six Personnel Injured in Ashanti Region

A fire tender belonging to the Agona Fire Station in the Sekyere South District of the Ashanti region was involved in an accident, resulting in injuries to six personnel.

The incident occurred on Friday morning while the crew was en route to respond to an emergency call at Beposo.

The injured personnel suffered varying degrees of injuries and are currently receiving treatment at the Salvation Army Hospital in Wiamoase near Agona.

According to a statement issued by DOIII Peter Addai, the Regional Public Relations Officer (PRO), the Ashanti Regional Fire Commander, ACFO I Henry Fatai Giwah, has visited the injured personnel to offer support and ensure their full recovery.
