Speaking at a gathering with the Christian Ecumenical Council on Monday, May 20, Mahama emphasized his commitment to implementing anti-corruption measures in his next term.
He highlighted numerous instances of financial misconduct, including embezzlement, inflated expenses, sole-source contracts, and unfinished projects like the Pwalugu multi-purpose dam, which squandered millions of dollars with no tangible progress.
Mahama stated firmly, “I assure you that the government I will lead will combat corruption vigorously and emerge triumphant.”
