Pull-out Ceremony Honors Volta Regional Fire Commander

A pull-out ceremony was held to honor the Volta Regional Fire Service Commander, DCFO Joy Ayim Ameyibor.
The event, attended by many well-wishers, celebrated DCFO Ameyibor’s exceptional service and the region’s heartfelt gratitude for his steadfast commitment to ensuring their safety.
In his speech, Volta Regional Minister James Gunu expressed that DCFO Ameyibor will be deeply missed.
Mr. Gunu commended DCFO Ameyibor for his dedication, courage, and the countless lives and properties he helped protect. He highlighted that Ameyibor’s leadership and expertise were instrumental in developing the region’s fire safety measures.

“Senior, your kindness and service to RESEC and the entire region will always be remembered,” Mr. Gunu said, his words resonating among the gathered crowd.
He added, “Your devoted service and commitment have been invaluable. Your departure will be greatly felt, and we wish you success in all your future endeavors.”
In recognition of his contributions, DCFO Ameyibor was presented with a citation, part of which read, “Your legacy will endure, and your impact will be felt for generations.”

In response, DCFO Ameyibor expressed sincere gratitude to his team, municipal and district commanders, chiefs, queen mothers, family, and the people of the Volta Region for their unwavering support.
As he passed on the baton to his successor, he acknowledged that his absence would leave a gap but expressed confidence that the fire service in the region would continue to flourish.
