Rapper Freda Rhymz is making a strong return to Ghana’s music scene, aiming to reclaim her spot among the country’s top talents.
Speaking on Okay FM, she opened up about her break from music, revealing that her absence was mainly due to challenges surrounding her departure from a former record label.
“I didn’t have much of a choice. I needed time to sort things out and find my rhythm again,” she said. “The process took a while, but I’m back and ready.”
Her 2022 single Don’t Kiss Me marked an attempt at a comeback, along with a brief buzz from her lyrical clash with Sista Afia. But momentum slowed, and her presence faded from the spotlight.
Now, re-energized and focused, Freda Rhymz is ready to reignite her career and take the industry by storm.
