Zoomlion Ghana Limited has strongly refuted accusations made by the Daily Guide newspaper on Monday, April 7, 2025, which alleged the company’s involvement in property destruction linked to Turkish investors, supposedly carried out by “Zoomlion Landguards.”
In a press statement, Zoomlion clarified that it does not engage landguards and is not involved in any illegal activities. The company reaffirmed its commitment to operating within the confines of Ghanaian law and upholding the highest ethical business standards.
“Zoomlion Ghana Limited does not hire, contract, or use landguards, nor are we associated with any unlawful activities,” the statement said. “As a responsible corporate entity, we are dedicated to adhering to legal and ethical standards in all our operations.”
