Her expertise in driving strategic HR initiatives has propelled organizational success and employee satisfaction within Ghana’s dynamic business environment. A ceremony to celebrate her achievements, along with other distinguished Ghanaians, took place in Accra.
The award was conferred by Mayor Jimmy Gardner of Prichard, Alabama.

She graduated with first-class honours in Business Administration, specializing in HR, from Valley View University in Ghana, where she received two prestigious recognitions: the Graduating Student with the Highest C.G.P.A in Management (Academic Excellence Award) and the Highest C.G.P.A in Level 400 from the School of Business (Certificate of Merit).
