Prudential Bank was named the Best Bank in Customer Experience Management at the 2025 Africa Bank 4.0 (West Africa) Awards, held in Accra, Ghana. The prestigious event, organized by the globally recognized BII World and hosted by ICPS of the HPS Group, honored Prudential Bank for its outstanding performance in customer experience over the years. The ceremony, which took place in February, was attended by bankers, FinTech professionals, regulators, and other tech-oriented individuals from across West Africa. This latest award from BII World marks the third major recognition for Prudential Bank’s customer service excellence in the past three months.

In December 2024, the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG) recognized the bank with several awards, including the CIMG 2023 Best Bank in Customer Satisfaction – Consumer Banking, CIMG 2023 Five Star Bank in Customer Satisfaction – Business Banking, and Five Star Bank in Service Quality – Business Banking at its Customer Service Awards.

This achievement was followed by an award for Excellence in Customer Experience at the 18th Connected Banking West Africa Innovation and Excellence Awards in February 2025.

Reflecting on these accolades, Ebow Quayson, Executive Director for Retail and Commercial Banking, stated that the recognitions highlight the bank’s commitment to placing customers at the heart of its operations. “At Prudential Bank, customer centricity is not just a concept; it’s lived daily by our team through intentional actions rooted in the bank’s values. We go above and beyond to ensure our customers and stakeholders receive exceptional experiences,” he said.

The awards were the highlight of the 2025 Africa Bank 4.0 (West Africa) Summit, organized by BII World and BII Finance. The summit brought together key players from the banking and FinTech sectors to discuss collaboration, financial inclusion, and cybersecurity among other important topics.
