Famous Ghanaian musician Okyeame Kwame has revealed his greatest regret in life—hurting his ex-girlfriend’s feelings over 20 years ago.
During an emotional interview on Peace FM, Okyeame Kwame recounted a past relationship with a woman in Ghana before moving to the United States.
He had plans to marry her once he returned, but things took a different turn. While in the U.S., he met and started a new relationship, which ultimately ended his previous one.
His decision caused his ex-girlfriend significant pain, and Okyeame Kwame believes that his actions have impacted her ability to move on, as she remains unmarried to this day.
He shared that he has always been committed to one partner at a time, so choosing to focus on the new relationship was especially challenging for him.
However, he now feels deep regret, particularly when he sees her social media posts and reflects on how his choices affected her life. Of all the mistakes he’s made, he admits this broken heart is the one he most deeply regrets.
