Ghanaian producer and artist Skonti has hailed Kofi Mole as the best rapper in Ghana, commending his unique style and exceptional delivery.
In an interview with Doreen Avio on Daybreak Hitz, Skonti expressed his admiration for Kofi Mole, stating, “I think Kofi Mole is the best rapper in Ghana. You see, it’s not just about the rap, it’s about delivery and style to me.”
Skonti also shared insights into his close relationship with rapper Kwaw Kese, revealing that many people often mistake him for Kwaw Kese’s younger brother. “People think I’m his brother, wherever we go, people think I’m his brother. So I take it that I’m his younger brother, and still his younger brother,” he said.
Despite facing personal challenges, Skonti has successfully managed to balance his music career with family life, thanks to having his own studio. “I have my own studio, me and Kwaw have our own studio, so it’s much easier,” he explained.
Skonti also opened up about his selective approach to music production, noting that he prefers to collaborate with a few trusted artists rather than working with a wide variety of people. “I realized people get to know your skill, and with time, you fade away. I’ve been there for a very long time,” he remarked.
With a music career spanning over a decade, Skonti has collaborated with numerous notable artists, including Rakil and Trigmatic.
