On Friday, October 4, head coach Otto Addo announced his 25-man squad for the two upcoming matches in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sudan. Alexander Djiku and Ernest Nuamah return to the lineup after missing the September qualifiers due to injuries. Additionally, Atalanta midfielder Ibrahim Sulemana rejoins the team after recovering from injury, while Gideon Mensah, who recently played for Auxerre after a 72-day absence, is also included in the squad.
