Hip-hop mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was arrested earlier this month and faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for the purpose of engaging in prostitution. The 54-year-old artist has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
In the aftermath of his arrest, a representative confirmed that Combs was placed on suicide watch while at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. This designation was described as “procedural” and intended as a preventative measure.
However, a source reported to People on Sunday that Combs is no longer under constant monitoring. “He is focused and very strong. He is concentrating on his defense and preparing for his trial,” a lawyer shared with the outlet.
