“Public Opinion Won’t Define my Bond with Afronitaa” – Endurance Grand

Renowned dancer Endurance Grand has spoken out against criticism surrounding her relationship with fellow dancer Afronitaaa, emphasizing that public opinion will not dictate their bond.

In an interview on Joy Prime’s Changes show, Endurance addressed the scrutiny they face, stating, “For Dani and me, nothing has ever been wrong. I feel like whatever happens in life between two friends is never our fault.”

Endurance stressed that their friendship remains unshaken, despite comparisons and negative comments. “It’s not what the public will say about the two of us that will define how I still feel about Afronita. Nothing of that sort has ever changed.”

The dancers have faced challenges due to constant comparisons, but Endurance noted that they focus on their individual ambitions. “We text and talk when we have to. It’s just that Dani has to do Dani and I have to do me.”

Endurance acknowledged that comparisons are inevitable in the industry. “I’ve come to realise that it will always happen… So, I’m glad that we’re not prioritizing the comparisons or paying attention to negative comments.”

Afronitaaa’s departure from the Dance with Purpose (DWP) academy has not strained their relationship, Endurance assured. “We’re human beings… We’re still on good terms and don’t envision separating emotionally.”

Endurance Grand (Dedzo Endurance Dzigbordi) and Afronitaaa (Danita Akosua Adomaah Yeboah) are celebrated as two of Ghana’s top female dancers, known for their unique styles and captivating performances.
