Ghanaian rapper Strongman Burner, also known as Osei Kwaku Vincent, has shared his perspective on the importance of musical feuds in helping artists maintain their relevance in the industry.
In a recent interview with Onua FM, Strongman emphasized that while promoting a positive agenda and upholding a good image are essential for artists, engaging in musical rivalries can significantly enhance their visibility.
He explained that even with efforts to stay current, musicians must be cautious of negative publicity, as it can have long-lasting repercussions. “Musical beefs make musicians relevant.
People get to talk about you. The more they talk about you, the more relevant you become. So far as you are in the news, you are relevant. The only issue is when you keep being in the news for the wrong reasons,” he stated.
