The Ghana Statistical Service (GSS) is leading an independent evaluation of the Ghana National Anti-Corruption Action Plan (NACAP).
The evaluation aims to assess the effectiveness of NACAP, which has been in place since 2015 and will conclude in 2024.
National consultants are conducting the assessment, with technical assistance from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
The evaluation will determine the achievement, impact, and sustainability of NACAP in combating corruption in Ghana.
The questionnaire for the evaluation can be accessed on the GSS website, CHRAJ website, and other social media handles.
GSS assures the public that responses will be kept confidential and used only for evaluation purposes.
The NACAP implementation is led by a High-Level Implementation Committee and a Monitoring Committee, with CHRAJ playing a central role.
The evaluation will guide the development of the second NACAP (2025-2034) and inform more effective anti-corruption strategies.
The evaluation targets all NACAP stakeholders, including government institutions, anti-corruption agencies, and the judiciary.
GSS invites all persons in Ghana to participate in the evaluation by providing open and honest responses through the Citizen Science approach.
