Ten Hag: “No Magic Wand” for United’s Trophy Hopes

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has dismissed suggestions that he can wave a magic wand to turn around his team’s fortunes following their humiliating 3-0 defeat to Liverpool at Old Trafford.

Despite the setback, which saw United slip to 14th in the Premier League table, Ten Hag remains optimistic about his side’s chances of lifting a trophy this season.

He pointed out that several of his players were making their first starts of the season and that time is needed for new signings like Manuel Ugarte to integrate into the team.

“I’m not Harry Potter,” Ten Hag said. “It takes time for players to find their rhythm, especially when they’re new to the team. We’ve got a talented squad, and with hard work and dedication, I believe we can achieve great things.”

The defeat to Liverpool was a major blow for United, but Ten Hag insisted that the team will learn from their mistakes and bounce back stronger.
