Ghanaian singer Ofori Amponsah has publicly endorsed the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, in a new musical release ahead of the December 7 elections.
In a recent Instagram post, renowned music producer Appietus, known for his work with the NPP during past elections, shared a video of Amponsah recording the track titled “Breaking the 8.” Appietus’s post was accompanied by the caption: “From Lumba with ‘Nana Ye Winner’ to ‘Breaking The 8’ by Ofori Amponsah 😍 Song about to drop 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.”
The song, which is expected to boost Bawumia’s campaign, is set to be released soon.
