Former Finance Minister, Seth Terkper has expressed optimism that John Dramani Mahama and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) could bring about significant transformation in Ghana within four years if re-elected in the upcoming December 7 elections.
Seth Terkper praised the NDC’s past achievements, asserting that their history of effective governance supports their capability to advance the country.
Speaking to journalists in Accra on August 27, Terkper underscored Mahama’s leadership qualities as essential for Ghana’s progress.
He stressed that the NDC’s record is transparent and commendable, countering any doubts with evidence of their fiscal management.
