Katie Price Faces Court Over Bankruptcies Following Arrest
- Katie Price attends court hearing over bankruptcies after arrest at Heathrow
- Judge warns her of custody if she fails to cooperate with financial questioning
- Price's finances under scrutiny, including tax debt and OnlyFans income
Katie Price has arrived at the Insolvencies and Companies Court to address her bankruptcy cases, following a stern warning from Judge Daniel Schaffer. The 46-year-old former glamour model, who was previously arrested at Heathrow Airport earlier this month for missing a financial hearing, attended today’s session with no room for excuses.
Judge Schaffer had previously warned Price that failure to attend the August 9 hearing could result in her being “brought back into custody.” Last week, a judge also ordered the suspension of her TikTok income to aid in repaying her debts.
Price arrived at the Rolls Building in London in a black cab, dressed in all black and wearing sunglasses. The court session, set to begin at 10:30 BST, will involve questioning by barristers regarding her financial situation.
First declared bankrupt in 2019 and again in March of this year due to a tax debt exceeding £750,000, Price has been subject to various financial penalties. As part of her bankruptcy proceedings, she has been instructed to allocate 40% of her monthly income from her OnlyFans account to the bankruptcy trustee for the next three years. Additionally, she has been required to surrender six of her vehicles, including a pink Range Rover with a personalized registration plate, to help settle her outstanding debts.
